Community of Caring is grateful to Erie Bank for participating in the PA Department of Community and Economic Development Tax Credit Program. Their support helps COC carry on their Mission of “meeting basic human needs in a caring way”. Community of Caring provides food, shelter, and case management to 400 women and men each year.
