Community of Caring is proud to recognizes Mother Marybeth Kennedy during Women’s History Month. Mother Kennedy was a woman that truly believed “Love could change the world.” She lived this every day of her life and has a legacy that has touched people around the world. Her legacy of love continues through the women and men that come to Community of Caring. Community of Caring provides shelter, food, clothing, case management and hope to both men and women. People coming to Community of Caring seeking safe shelter often only have the clothes they are wearing. The men and women that come to COC have experienced a series of traumatic events prior to the trauma of homelessness. It has always been the mission of Community of Caring to assist whenever we can in a caring way.
