The Art of Caring fundraiser was as wonderful event on so many levels. Local artists as well as ” first time artists” came together to share their talents for a great cause. Wooden birdhouses crafted by Santa Senior Helpers played a starring role! This group of local woodworkers work all year round hand crafting wooden toys large and small for children in the Community. Local Artists, State Representatives, Radio and TV personalities transformed the plain wooden birdhouse into their own original creations. The items were part of the silent auction raising funds for Community of Caring. Below are a few pictures….
